The healthcare activities can be broadly divided under two categories - those aimed at the urban population and those at the rural population.

The former is carried on through the Mission's multi-facility hospital - Vivekananda Polyclinic and the latter through the Rural Health Programme carried out regularly at the villages around Lucknow under the guidance and supervision of Vivekananda Polyclinic.
