THE LIBRARY NEEDS ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT

Let there be a consolidated effort on part of the Library, its members and the public aimed at builing an ideal library .

The public can assist the Library in the following ways:

  1. Supplying information regarding new books of relevance.
  2. Making cash donations to the Library.
  3. Donating books to the Library. Many of the books purchased by the public are kept aside after reading them a few times. Such books shall be accepted gracefully if they are worth keeping in the Library.
  4. All donations - both in cash or kind -shall be gratefullty acknowledged.

The public can encourage the Library in the following ways:

  1. Enrolling as Library members.
  2. Persuading others to enrol as Library Members.
  3. Making use of the Library facilities and Reading Room.
  4. Borrowing books and Periodicals form the Library in large numbers.
  5. Participating in the activities organized by the Library and encouraging others to participate.

Thus the Library seeks sympathy, help and co-operation from every reader and member in its humble endeavour to serve the public efficiently and effectively.
